MONTGOMERY, Ala. --- Auburn University at Montgomery cheerleading coaches Joel Hughes and Amanda Brasington are seeking interested individuals for the 2013-14 Co-Ed Warhawks' Cheerleading squad.

The process will begin with three open gym opportunities, where potential cheerleaders will have a chance to mix and mingle with current squad members to learn what is expected during tryouts. The open gym is for potential cheerleaders to stunt and tumble with each other before the actual tryout. Proof of insurance and a signed AUM Athletic waiver is required to participate.

The dates of the open gym are scheduled for March 6, March 27 and April 17, all Wednesday evenings. The open gym will be held from 5:30-7:30 p.m. each night in the AUM Gymnasium. The date of the official tryout will be announced shortly.
