MOBILE, Ala. --- Due to heavy rainfall across the Southeast Wednesday, the No. 2 Auburn Montgomery men's tennis match in the NAIA Men's Tennis National Championship against No. 13 Aquinas was postponed until Thursday morning.
With the victory, the Warhawks improved to 19-7 overall and extended their winning streak to seven matches. The Eagles ended their season with a 9-12 record.
The winner of the earlier match of the day will take on the winner of the contest between No. 7 Westmont and Bethany at 5:30 p.m. Thursday.
AUM is riding a 10-match winning streak and is looking for its 10th national title, the most among current NAIA schools and second all-time to former member Redlands (Calif.) (11).
