Sports Camps
The Auburn University at Montgomery athletic department will offer a variety of summer camps for local youth this summer. Below is a summary of each camp, as well as information needed to register for the camp.

AUM Women's Basketball Camps

2011 Future Star's Camp
The Future Star's Camp (grades K-3) will focus on fundamentals with an emphasis on "FUN". It is designed to teach the basic fundamentals that will help establish a foundation for playing basketball.

2011 Elite Camp
The camp will take a motivated and committed player and give them individual attention and tools to improve their game. Areas of concentration will be ball-handling, shooting, passing, rebounding, position breakdowns, offensive and defensive concepts, 5-on-5, 3-on-3, and various other competitions.

2011 Day Camp
The Day Camp is designed to build enthusiasm for the game. Attention will be focused on ball-handling, shooting, passing, rebounding, offensive and defensive concepts, along with 5-on-5, games and other various competitions.

AUM Men's Basketball Camps

2011 Boys Basketball Camp
The goal of the camp is for each camper to improve in the fundamentals of the game of basketball, to develop sportsmanship skills and to have fun in an atmosphere of encouragement from our staff. Specific areas of concentration include shooting, ball handling and dribbling and passing and receiving.

AUM Men's and Women's Soccer Camps

Little Senators Soccer Camp
The camp is designed to teach younger soccer players FUNdamentals of the game and develop technique through a variety of FUN games.

Premier Academy
The Premier Academy is designed to challenge field players in attacking skills, speed of play and quick decision making through small sided games and 11 vs. 11 matches. The goalkeepers will be challenged through individual exercises as well as full-sided activities.

Camp of Champs
The camp is designed to improve all aspects of the game in a fun and encouraging setting.

AUM Softball Camps

Lady Senators All-Star Camp
The camp is designed to teach softball skills to help participants excel on the field. Campers will work on basic softball skills like hitting, fielding, base running and game situations.

Junior and Academy Camp
The junior camp is for children with good strokes and consistency, while the academy camp is for high-performance players.

Development Kids Camp
This camp is for children with fair control of the ball, looking to improve their play.

Beginner Kids Camp
The camp is designed for children who are playing for the first time and want to learn the game.

Adult Camp
The Adult Camp will be available to both men and women, and will be separated depending on skill rating.
