NORCROSS, Ga. ---- The Southern States Athletic Conference announced awards for the 2012 fall cross country season, and Auburn Montgomery women's runners Katherine Toy and Areial Woods were each selected to the All-Academic team.

CLINTON, Miss. ---- The Auburn Montgomery cross country team concluded its second season in program history at the Southern States Athletic Conference championship. The men's team finished ninth out 11 teams, while the women were 12 out of 12.

AMERICUS, Ga. ---- In the third annual Remembrance Run, hosted by Georgia Southwestern University, the Auburn Montgomery men's cross country team ran to a second place finish for the best result in the short history of the program. Three women also competed for AUM in the second meet of the season for the Warhawks.

CLEVELAND, Tenn. ---- The Auburn University at Montgomery cross country team opened its season at the Lee Invitational, with 10 AUM runners competing in the event. The men finished fifth out of six teams, highlighted by a top-20 finish from freshman Garrett Carr, while the women sent three runners and did not qualify for the team standings.
